As your life coach, I'll guide you through a powerful process that integrates mindfulness, energy work, and most importantly, forgiveness, which I've found to be the ultimate game-changer for transformation. All you need to bring is your willingness to imagine and follow along—we'll do the rest together!
This is a casual conversation, like friends grabbing a coffee together. We use this as our chance to get to know each other, chat about what you hope to achieve through coaching and decide if I am the coach for you.
The Clarity Call
This is a more in-depth exploration of your current situation, challenges, and aspirations. Imagine a Q & A format. This gives us a clearer understanding of your values, strengths, and desired outcomes. This session lays the foundation for the coaching journey.
Detailed Discovery Session
Goal Setting and Action Planning
Based on the Discovery Session, we will collaboratively define specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. Exciting Stuff!!! Next, we will create an action plan outlining the steps to move you towards your goals.
Quantum Change Process
This is one of my favorite techniques! Let the transformation begin! The Quantum Change Process™ often creates significant shifts in a client's mindset, beliefs, or perspectives. This is a powerful, yet peaceful intervention designed to create breakthroughs and accelerate progress.
During this session, we will focus on addressing any obstacles that are getting in your way. This might involve exploring fears, self-doubt, anger or saddness that is holding you back.
Releasing Blocks/QTR
Emotional Regulation
This is our time to put together your personalized tool kit filled with strategies to support you manage, and navigate your emotions effectively. This might involve teaching techniques for mindfulness, emotional awareness, stress reduction, and building resilience.
Implementation Support
This is the ongoing phase where you are actively working on your action plan, putting the strategies and learnings into practice. Every step along the way I am with you, offering support & guidance. But most importantly…. believing in YOU!
Review and Integration
This step involves reviewing the progress you have made, identifying key learnings and CELEBRATING!! And there will probably be some high fives & a SHOUT OUT to YOU!!! You are ready to plug in all these new skills into daily life.
